Summary: Allow newer source to override does not honor Languages

Initial Comment:
I came across an instance of two data sets with the same Language which produced the expected error:
"SEVERE More than one Language with key/name Boggard was built"

I then went to the preferences/Sources panel and checked "Allow newer sources to override duplicate object from older sources". I thought this would eliminate the error message since bother sources have a SOURCEDATE but it did not, the message still appears.

Shouldn't this preference apply to Language objects?
