Summary: ABILITY should respect Subset TYPE

Initial Comment:
ABILITY should respect Subset TYPE. Ability should not be allowed to add Abilities not part of that Subset.

Example:
ABILITY:Wizard Feat|AUTOMATIC|Weapon Specialization(Long Sword)

Weapon Specialization is not part of the Subset of Wizard Feat

Wizard Feat has TYPE:Wizard.Metamagic

ABILITY:Fighter Feat|AUTOMATIC|Empower Spell

Empower Spell is not part of the Fighter Subset and should fail.


- To add Abilities to a Subset you should MOD the abilities to add the correct TYPE to the actual Ability.

This was part of the discussion to correct corner case behavior allowed that was deemed a bug.
