Initial Comment:
The functions of the tags can now all be done with other tags and LEVEL and HD will likely be deprecated.

Here's how we can refactor the data:

HD:x-y:SR:z becomes  BONUS:MISC|SR|z|PREHD:MIN=x,MAX=y

HD:x-y:CR:z becomes  BONUS:MISC|CR|z|PREHD:MIN=x,MAX=y

HD:x-y:SA:z becomes  SAB:z|PREHD:MIN=x,MAX=y

HD:x-y:FEAT:z becomes  ABILITY:FEAT|AUTOMATIC|z|PREHD:MIN=x,MAX=y

HD:x-y:DR:z/w becomes BONUS:DR|w|z|PREHD:MIN=x,MAX=y

The template must also include a DR:z/0 tag in it if the DR is not granted at 1st level. If DR is granted starting at first level then the DR tag just grants that and the bonus tags grant whatever addition they add later.

The syntax for FEAT also allows the use of TYPE.<feat type> which will produce a pop up chooser to select a feat. The feat granted is still an automatic feat. These features should be implemented as an ability pool since we are moving away from the use of pop up chooser for level based ability acquisitions, the code base is now fully ready to move this way.
