Summary: [RSRD] Ex Paladin class does not have a CSKILL tag

Initial Comment:
The RSRD Ex Paladin class does not have a CSKILL tag matching the Paladin. Because of the the Ex Paladins skill points are recalculated resulting in a negative number in the "total skill points left" field.

Ex classes should be identicle to the base class minus whatever the text says is lost
