Summary: Enhance Random Name Generator

Initial Comment:
An enhancement with two parts:

First, enhance the name generator in GMGen to both give
it a memory, so you'll have a list of recently
generated names, and also give it the ability to
generate more than one name at a time. It would also be
nice to be able to save/load a generated list.

Second, replace the name generator in PCGen with the
new one, to have a single interface for name
generation. Name lists and methods should be
integrated, so we don't lose what the current PCGen
generator has to offer.
