For example the penalty for Blunt type weapons (club, baton) is -2, the penalty for Service Revolvers is -4 and penalty for Heavy Machine Guns is -8. This penalty is set in the miscinfo.lst gameMode file with the WEAPONNONPROFPENALTY tag, all the current gameModes use WEAPONNONPROFPENALTY:-4 and up till now that was all that was needed. I propose we add a second optional parameter to this tag to specify a weapon proficiency type.
