PCGen has incorrectly been using Willpower for the Will check. To fix this the Check Willpower will need to be changed to Will in the gameMode and all the LST files. Since this is a massive change which will break characters it will not be done until after the 5.8 production release. To ensure backwards compadibility an ALIAS tag is proposed for use in the statsandchecks.lst file for CHECKS though I see no reason it couldn't be implemented for STATS as well. The Check line might look like this (tabs are replaced by new lines): CHECKNAME:Willpower ALIAS:Will BONUS:CHECKS|Willpower|WIS BONUS:CHECKS|Willpower|max((TL-20)/2,0)|TYPE=Epic The code would silently treat BONUS:CHECKS|Will as BONUS: CHECKS|Willpower. When it came time to switch Willpower would be moved to ALIAS and Will would become the CHECKNAME. I think it is a mistake, and will cause more trouble than it is worth.
