software reset does not work.
I was told to remove the resistor comming from the optocoupler & the capacitor from the software reset circuit but the capacitor was from the arduino decima design and the resistor was from the monolith eeg design because the optocoupler is open collector output needs the resistor to output high...
A optocoupler with totem pole outputs was ordered.
But because the Boarduino was not working the cable could be damaged from removeing the capacitor and running it.
The Reset signal could have been mesured with a logic analiser. This could be done with a arduino and costomised using processing language.
Their were GK+ or GTK errors on that computer when arduino software was run. But not on my laptop.
The Boarduino must work before board can be tested so try to set the software correctly by trying a windows pc or fallow ubuntu tutorials to make it work with arduino.
this modification of a logic output buffered optocoupler may work better with the 3v usb voltage levels and the resistor is removed so the Resistor capacitor filter effect is reduced. The standard reset capacitor is their...
