  File: "Import Schematics" do nothing

Status in pcb:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  If I try to import schematic (File menu: Import Schematic) nothing happend.
  I can see the following in command line:
  Could not open actions file "/tmp/pcb.XXeGyoF0/gnetlist_output".
