#16 Make explicit checkout URL visible in summary or readme

Due to by-design retardedness of sf web ui it's very hard to figure out which url do I have to feed to git or svn to get the project source code. This makes contributing to the project development unnecessary hard. Please put it explicitly into readme so people could send contributions to the project easier.

Btw, in case people are interested, here is the command:
svn co https://svn.code.sf.net/p/pcapsipdump/code/trunk

Have no idea how to get that out of ugly sf webpage.
