PowerPrefs 0.5.0 released - minor changes

Hi,

I released PowerPrefs 0.5.0.

This release polish the interface a bit, updated the language files and
especially improve the german language file. Furthermore a tooltip to
the 'NoTapTyping' option was added that would give a recommendation to
solve the conflict between mouseemu and pbbuttonsd on this issue if both
programs were used.
