I get an eror mesage when i try to reopen a conection
to the server. I am asuming the reason bieg is that when
the program exits you should be able to close the
conection properly. I will work on this bug right now.

It turns out that windows hangs onto the connection for 4 minutes
to see if the client is still there. I am still working on a way to
bypass that. It prbly result in change of port number.
