#1 BillingAgreement type and fields

If used in SetExpressCheckout the BillingAgreement contains two bugs:

1) The billing type key should not have a "L_" prefix.

2) The fields L_BILLINGAGREEMENTDESCRIPTION, L_PAYMENTTYPE and L_BILLINGAGREEMENTCUSTOM should all be postfixed with an index number.

Othwerwise it seems to work ;-)

Forget #1, it *should* have an "L_" prefix, however, it should also be itemized like the other fields. Like so: L_BILLINGTYPEn.

Thanks for the comment. Could you download the new version (still beta - not for production), I'm still working on it, so keep an eye on updates. If you find any bug/improvement, let me know.
