#20 single document interface in BEE

BEE really should have a single document interface. This
means replace the JInternalFrames with one big JPanel.
I see it as two vertical JSplitPanes with a total of 3
columns.

The left column would be for editing book attributes, the
middle for editing chapter attributes, and the right for
questions.
