Fix some issues of Update help context of Microsoft Help Viewer v2.x in Visual Studio 2013

How to fix:
error: "Unable to connect to http://services.mtps.microsoft.com/ServiceAPI/VisualStudio12/en-us";

The issue can be fixed manually.

The issue can be fixed manually in hex editor or by the tool.
