#447 Cannot download Safe data
I have added a 2nd iPhone, downloaded the PW App and downloaded my data from the cloud. This worked fine, however, then the data had disappeared from the my first iPhone. I reinstalled the App, was prompted to create a new account and entered the same details as originally including the same password. However, my previously stored data were not downloaded. The Safe has now no data. An attempt to rectify this by clicking on the cloud icon at the bottom failed. I even bought the App again and was charged again, but I still cannot access my various passwords and PINs. Can somebody help me please?
