When I change a password, I only get to type it once: the 'Confirm password' entry is skipped, nor can I 'tab' to that field. This has been the case for a long time (maybe always) and still is the case with version 3.31
If you have set the "Show Password in Add & Edit" (Manage->Options; Display tab), then the Confirm Password field is unnecessary as you can see what you have typed in the Password field. The Confirm Password field is only used when the Password field is masked.
If you have an occasion that the Password field is masked and you don't have the Confirm Password field available, then you should raise a Bug Report.
