#324 can't log in

Hi.The software version is 2.03. Old!old! but still worked up until yesterday. I use the short cut to bring it up. I was using it to update the passwords and it worked fine. Then I tried to log in again and the log-in page came up, but the space where you put your paasword in did not have a cursor in it and there was nothing I could do to get a cursor in the window in order to enter my password. I have a copy of the program on a memory stick and I can get in using that program. Got any ideas?

Not really - but you could try:

1. Try to run it via double-clicking on the program rather than using the shortcut - just in case it is the shortcut that is causing the issue.
2. If not the shortcut, as you say the copy on the memory stick works, rename the one on your hard disk (e.g. pwsafe.exe to pwasfeold.exe) and copy the executable from your memory stick to the relevant program sub-directory on your hard disk.
