Since V3 database has been enhanced to store a Passkey and applications, such as iOS/MAC pwSafe supporting Password Safe V3 database format can already add a Passkey to a database entry, this FR recommends an icon/indicator similar to the icon/indicator on entries with attachment be shown on an entry that has a stored Passkey.

On Windows, if Segoe UI Symbol font is used for the Tree/List & Add/Edit font, a plethora of icons/emoji are available via this font on Windows (use Windows key+period to chose one) , a suggested icon if the user's Tree/List and Add/Edit font is set to Segoe UI Symbol is the the single key icon as is illustrated in Figure 1 for an entry that is locked (showing the lock icon available in all fonts), has an attachment (showing the paperclip icon available in all fonts), and storing a Passkey (showing the single key icon because the user's Tree/List & Add/Edit font is Segoe UI Symbol and offers it). If the user's Tree/List & Add/Edit font is set to other than Segoe UI Symbol, perhaps a simple capital P or a different relevant icon supported by any of the other Password Safe font choices can be used.
