#929 Support Import, Export or Removal of Attachment to an entry for V3 database

Password Safe v3.68 supports V3 & v4 database versions, but v4 database is considered experimental. The attached figure shows that v3.68 can attach, view (e.g., supported png or jpeg image attachment), export, or remove an attachment in an entry of a V4 database and also show the attachment icon in the Tree View for entries in the database with and attachment.

As of Password Safe v3.68, attachment support to v3 database is supported in Password Safe and an iOS Password Safe app already provides the support to attach, view, export, or remove an attachment to an entry of a V3 database.

This Feature Request is for next version of Windows Password Safe to officially support the attachment capabilities that exist for v4 database, but for v3 databases with attachments. The support can be done in a phased approach, with phase 1 providing the capability for viewing or exporting the attachment of an entry in a v3 database and later versions provide the capability to attach or remove the attachment of an entry.
