I don't believe it is currently possible to do this in PasswordSafe.
A lot of sites now have a max limit on the number of consecutive repeating characters that passwords can contain.
The feature request is to enhance the password policy feature in future versions of PasswordSafeto to support setting a max on the number of consecutive repeating characters a generated password can contain.
