I am running a HP iPAQ with Windows Mobile 20003 2nd Edition. v4.21.1088 (Build 15159.2.6.4)
When I follow the install instructions for pwsafe 3.07, to just extract the files to a folder, my PDA says that the pwsafe.exe is not a valid PocketPC application.
Any clues as to how to deploy it onto a PocketPC?
Do I need to try pwsafe 3.06?

This compatibility statement is actually a bit misleading.
There is a version that runs on PocketPC, but it can only read version 1 password databases. The PocketPC edition has not been kept in sync with the desktop version for some years now. If you want to use it anyway (and export your version 3 database to a version 1 database), you can find Passwordsafe v1.9.2c2 for PocketPC here: <http://downloads.sourceforge.net/passwordsafe/pwsafe-1.9.2c.2-ppc-exe.zip?use_mirror=switch>
There a few people working to bring version 3 to PocketPCs, including me. But currently I cannot give an estimation, when a first release will appear.

You might want to subscribe to the passwordsafe-announce mailing list to get noticed, as soon as a new PocketPC version appears.
