Just wanted to confirm that I had the same issue as reported by mooseman7 but after installing "pwsafe-3.1.5.1.exe", the problem appears to be corrected and Password Safe 3.15.1 is functioning normaly.

I got this error message after installing the 3.15 update (when I started the program)
"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
I uninstalled version 3.15 and went back to 3.14 everything worked fine.
The above also worked for me.
