Does PasswordSafe provide or plan to get the following features ? any way to handle a backup/recovery key ?
for example a person have its password database, but a second one can access if the first lost his password. one step more, multiple administrators have one database and each one has its own password/key to access it. else is there a way to force some preferences when you deploy the soft ?

Supporting multiple passwords for the same database is relatively straightforward, but defining one as "primary" and the other as "backup" isn't. How do you "prove" that you've lost you primary key and need to enable the backup?
The easiest way to force preferences is by creating a custom version of PasswordSafe with the desired defaults, removing them from preferences if you don't want users to change it.
