Is it possible to use one Yubikey to unlock two different databases?

For example, a work password safe and a home password safe.

This doesn't seem to be possible to me, because whilst it's possible to ask PWSafe to generate a Yubico seed, and to copy this same seed to more than one key, I can't find a way to get PWSafe to ADOPT a seed that I already know.

A workaround would seem to be to COPY the work database to make the home database (thus preserving the seed) and then replace all the entries.

Maybe there is an easier way?

You should be able to create a new database and configure it to use your YubiKey via Manage->Change Safe Combination.

The "seed" is kept in the database in order for you to be able to configure a backup YubiKey. It's not used when unlocking a database with YubiKey.

    Aha, thanks.

I have another question, relating to Yubikeys, but will post it separately as it's a bit different.
