Installing v3.17 on Vista Ultimate x64 as a standard user invokes UAC, and then all the shortcuts are created under C:\Users[admin user account]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ instead of under the 'All Users' group.

Invoking the program from the install-folder seems to work fine.

Confirmed the same behavior in 3.34.1 on Windows 7 and Windows XP.
