I am filing this issue against V3.72.2pre, but released v3.72.01 also exhibited this issue.
My device screen resolution is 2560x1440 and Windows scaling is set to the Windows recommended value of 200%.
When Password Safe is installed, the "high dpi override setting" of the pwsafe.exe, unless explicitly changed by the user is typically not set. In this scenario, when pwsafe.exe is started and a safe opened, if you for example click on the File or Edit menu they display as seen in Figure 1 (actually, all the menus exhibit the same glitch) where the icon and text on the menu overlap.
A manual fix I've found for this issue is to manually change the "high dpi override setting" of the pwsafe executable (i.e. pwsafe.exe) to enable Override high DPI scaling behavior and select Scaling performed by to Application (The way to do is to right click on the pwsafe.exe where it is installed, for example in C:\Program Files\Password Safe\ and select the Properties option then click on the Compatibility tab to see the option to check the option to override the high dpi scaling behavior and set it to Application as shown in Figure 3 ).
Figure 2 shows the same menus shown in Fig 1 after after making the change to override the high dpi scaling behavior to scaling performed by application, do not have the glitch where the icon and text on the menu overlap.
