#1631 Word Wrap Notes in Add/Edit is not working in v3.72pre

I have word wrap Notes in Add/Edit enabled in v3.72pre, however Notes text are not being word wrapped. If I right click on the Notes field I see that word wrap is enabled. If right click and disable word wrap and while still in the Add/Edit screen right click a second time and enable word wrap the text in the Notes is word wrap. If click on Ok and close the Add/Edit screen and then reopen the Add/Edit screen, I see that the Notes revert to not being word wrapped.
