#1589 Screen Capture Protection icon does not show after restore window from minimize or from tray

The Screen Capture Protection icon in the lower right of the Password Safe window does not show after restoring the window from minimize or restoring from system tray. It will show on first time opening a safe or if the PasswordSafe window is resized, but after minimizing and restoring from minimize or from system tray it will revert to not showing the Screen Capture Protection icon. My installation was with 'Green Installation' of PasswordSafe and the ScreenCaptureProtection key manually added to the Windows registry.
