#1491 4K Monitor - Icons do not scale reasonably - PWS almost unusable
Converted to a 4K Monitor from HD. Icons and some text, such as Found Matches do not scale reasonably. To me it appears that they do not scale at all, they are just tiny at the 4K resolution. See attached image. It is now difficult and frustrating to try and use PWS.
I am also encountering this issue. I have multiple devices that run at higher resolutions and the icon scaling makes PWSafe unusable. The only workaround is not to upgrade as this issue first appeared in v3.49. Versions 3.48 and earlier scale properly.
I'm encountering the same issue. It appears to have originally been fixed in https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1266/. Perhaps that will help find the resolution here.
As I don't have a 4K display to test against, I'd appreciate some feedback as to whether the following pre-release fixes this issue:

Thank you for the quick fix. I just tested the 64-bit version, and it works for me.
FYI, you should be able to test this on any Windows 10 system by going to Settings > Display > Scale and Layout and change update the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to something other than 100%. My monitor is at 300%.

Made a test safe and have attached before and after trying your new version. Huge improvement. Seems like it should have looked like this all along. Well done. Thanks for working on this. Looking forward to an official release.
Is it "safe" to use your pre-release or should I revert back? If I should revert back can I just run the installer for the older version ?

This specific pre-release is "safe" to use - no stability issues, no incompatible changes.
It will take me a couple of weeks to get a formal release out.

I have a 4K display and I hope you don't automatically blow up the icons!
I found a 49" 4K display that's more economical than lower resolution PC screens. As it's a 49", I use 100% scaling, and everything is very readable.
