PWsafe 1.03BETA, built from source on Fedora 25, does not have system tray functionality. See screenshot.
PWsafe 1.01BETA, built from source on Fedora 25, does have working system tray functionality.
The build procedure (.spec file) for 1.03 was copied from 1.01, so there are no build differences, except for adding the development libraries for QRencode.
Addendum: PWsafe 1.02BETA, built from source on Fedora 25, also has working system tray functionality.
I am confirming that last working tray is in release 1.02BETA.
Are there instructions to build rpm from HEAD to verify latest code?
Same behavior with source build on Ubuntu 16.04. Was working fine with v.1.01.
This issue seems to be related to the wxGtk framework. See ticket for progress and current status.
The ticket seems to be for some other issue. Did you mean http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/15644?
Yes, you are right. It's ticket 15644. - Sorry, picked the wrong one from the open tabs of my browser.
Thank's for the hint.
Still an issue with 1.04 on Xubuntu 17.10 "Artful".
Still broken with 1.04 on Xubuntu 18.04 "Bionic." Ubuntu has 1.04 in the repos for Bionic.
Installing 1.02 as a manual workaround no longer works; dpkg complains that libxerces-c3.1 is not installed. Bionic installs libxerces-c3.2, but 1.02 doesn't recognize that as satisfying the dependency for whatever reason.
Fixed the 18.04 libxerces-c issue in the current master branch (post 1.05).
Hi Rony, I've ubuntu 18.04, how can I download the version with the libxerces-c issue fixed?

Seems like this is working now with 1.06BETA on Xubuntu 18.10 "Cosmic". I'm using the version out of the official Ubuntu repos.
I have just built 1.07.1 on Fedora 29 from latest sources - no icon.
