When I try to install passwordsafe-ubuntu-0.98.1BETA.amd64.deb, I get message from Ubuntu Software Center saying that the "Package is of bad quality". The details are:

Lintian check results for /tmp/passwordsafe-ubuntu-0.98.1BETA.amd64.deb:
E: pwsafe: control-file-has-bad-permissions md5sums 0664 != 0644
E: pwsafe: control-file-has-bad-permissions prerm 0775 != 0755
E: pwsafe: maintainer-name-missing ronys@pwsafe.org
Use of uninitialized value $name in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/perl5/Lintian/Check.pm line 203.

Is it safe to ignore these messages and install?
