If I minimize or alt-tab away from pwsafe it cannot be recovered. It does not show in alt-tab list but it does show in message tray (Meta-M) below. Double click, Right click or left click on the icon does nothing. I have to use "killall pwsafe" on command line to close it and then re-open.
I have attached a screen shot of the message tray on my Gnome 3.10 on Fedora 20. To my knowledge this has never worked in Gnome 3.x.
Forgot to mention this is 0.92BETA rpm (built for x86_64 from src.rpm).
I was also previously using 32bit version and had the same issue.
I see the same problem here. However, I found that if I continue to click on the icon while moving the cursor, eventually the menu or login dialog is shown.
Another problem with the systray icon is that label says "systray Icon" instead of "Password Safe"

This is duplicate of #1137, [Linux, 0.92] System tray is unresponsive.
There, it is said that the "transparent pixels" are a source of the problem. It's interesting that most of the pixels act as if they were transparent, although they do not appear that way. In any case, I found a few pixels which seem to be rather consistently responsive.
Duplicate, per comments above. Root cause is deep in wxWidgets/Gnome.
