On Ubuntu 11.04, 11.10, 12.04 (so with Unity) when i click on "X" to close the program, pwsafe's icon will disapper from launcher but it remains opened and i have to "kill" it from terminal.

This is a known problem on Unity, and maybe elsewhere. We don't have a fix for this yet. The workaround is to uncheck "Put icon in system tray" checkbox, under Manage -> Options.
