#18 --readonly creates lock-file

Hi,

The command-line option "--readonly" works as expected,
but creates a lockfile so that other users trying to
enter write mode will get a message that the password
database is opened readonly.

If the lockfile has no use for the readonly mode, I
would suggest not creating it. It's pretty annoying for
people needing to remove the lockfile manually before
editting the password database.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

you are right. The lockfile should not be created if the
    application is started with --readonly.

This will be fixed in version 0.21beta.

    Harry.
