#65 Create Option for insensitive case

I have some folders that begin with a capital letter and some that start with a lowercase character. The PC version sorts these case insensitive but PasswdSafe sorts case sensitive. I looked and can't find an option in this or the PC app to configure this and would like to see the insensitive sort in this app.

Ex

on the PC I have folders (under top level folder Personal)

<space>Combos
Auto
bicycle
computers
Credit Cards
<etc>

on PasswdSafe I see this under Personal
<space>Combos
Auto
Credit Cards
Credit Reports
.
.
.
Social & Political
Software
bicycle
computers
<etc>

There is an option for the app. Go into Preferences -> Record Settings and deselect the case-sensitive sorting.

Thanks.

It's now working just like I wanted.

It might be making those available when a file is open. I open a file right away. I kept looking
at the menu that has Search, Add, Close, . . . I didn't even realize that external preferences
menu was there.

I am working, however slowly, on a whole new UI for the app. Preferences will be handled better as a part.
