Support Yubikey when running on Chromebook

When using a Chromebook that supports Android Apps, I cannot currently use PasswdSafe to open a .pwsafe3 file that is set up for HMAC-SHA1 with a Yubikey NEO (USB A form factor). The app does not show the option to "Press Yubikey" when I open the file. When I inserted the Yubikey and pressed the button, the password field received input, but the password is wrong.

Currently, apps on Chromebooks can not access USB devices directly (see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=480727). Supporting the Yubikey authentication requries a USB interface on the key that is different than the push-button key, I believe. The push button is used for Yubikey's OTP feature not the feature that PasswdSafe uses to combine the Yubikey key with the user password.
