#54 Specify the total size of recovery files

It would be nice to be able to specify the desired
size of recovery information and have the block size
and counts computed automatically.

e.g. Instead of the user examining the input file set
size and figuring out/tweaking the block size and
counts, and specifying them with -c and -s, they
could ask for a specific amount, e.g. to get 200M of
recovery data, they'd use a new option, like -M200
and par2cmdline would figure out the right settings
to use from that.
