#73 Import Saved History

Hi, Not sure if this is a feature request or not as I expected this to be part of parcellite, but can't find it.

Anyway...

You can export your parcellite history to a text file - great. But what to do with it then? The text file exports not just the words in your history, but also code such as: PHIST_0010 and NHIST_0007.

This says to me, that the file should therefore be able to be imported back into parcellite to re-populate the manager with the exported clips. But I cannot find a way to do this. I have looked through the programme settings, and looked online, but can't see any sign of how to import the text file back into Parcellite.

So how do I do it, or are you still working on that feature?

I wouldn't call it a 'feature', but you can just replace your history file in .local/share/parcellite, or save it off, then restore it. What distibution of Linux are you running and what version of Parcellite? Thanks.
