In inkscape, select some object, press ctrl+c, move your mouse, wait > 1s, press ctrl+v. nothing happens.
In some freaky way, if you select object, press ctrl+c and press ctrl+v in under a second or something like that it works.
Mind you that it is possibly an inkscape bug, but as I talked to inkscape people they don't know anything about this or what might cause it, so if you think it is their bug, you could provide some information as to what is the bug...

Is it text or something else? Parcellite currently only works with text.

Yes, if I shut down parcellite, inkscape works fine.
I usually copy with ctrl+c but the problem applies to all methods (from menu, etc).
The problem applies to all inkscape objects. Just put anything (ellipse, rectangle, whatever) anywhere and try to copy & paste it, without being ultra fast about it. Seems like parcellite is somehow "sanitizing" the clipboard.

Can you please try SVN and see if this bug is fixed there? There are many bug fixes there, and I plan on releasing 1.1.5 soon.
I can't do anything without a specific description, i.e.:
I do x, I get y, I expected z.
