#157 parcellite locks up if the history window is opened while config win is open

Steps:

1. Install Parcellite. I'm using 1.2.1 - as shipped with Ubuntu Mate 21.04 as of April 13 2021.
2. Run parcellite from terminal.
3. Open the preferences window (or the about window) by right-clicking the icon
4. (Without closing the preferences or about window), Try to launch the history window at mouse position, using the hotkeys (for me, it's Ctrl-Alt-V)

Result:

1. The history window does not appear.
2. Parcellite's preferences window locks up, and will not respond nor close.
3. Parcellite prints this message once:
   IA__gdk_window_get_window_type: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed
4. Parcellite prints this message repeatedly if the mouse is over the preferences window..
5. IA__gtk_widget_event: assertion 'WIDGET_REALIZED_FOR_EVENT (widget, event)' failed
6. To recover, parcellite must be Ctrl-C'd or Xkill'd.
