After the system is back from hibernate and tring to paste the last item you copied it will simply not paste anything using Ctrl+v or paste from the context menu! if you open the clipboard list in paracellite you can see your item at the top of the last as you expected but it will not be selected (it will not be in bold letters)! even if you tried to select your item which is on top it will not turn to bold thus you can't paste it . To overcome this glitch you select any other item from the list (and it will be at the top and you can paste normally) then back to the list and select the item you want and now you can paste your item normally.
