Dear Developers,

I installed Archlinux with the latest parcelite 1.1.8 (gnome with nemo as filemanager; maybe this happens also in other filemanagers).

Hoto reproduce:
1. start parcelite
2. open nemo
3. navigate to an file
4. press ctrl + c
5. navigate to any other place.
6 paste the file

exept: ctrl+c/ctrl+v works also everytime with objects

result: ctrl + v does not everytime paste the file (the gtk clipboard contains the path as text but its just marked as TEXT in the gtk clipboard)

Can you supply the nemo source? Only thing I can find is a windows executable... I can't duplicate if I can't run the binary, and if it is windows based, I'm not interested in supporting it.

nemo is the filemanager of the cinnamon destkop. (its a fork of nautilus, so maybe the problem also appears here).

    what distro you use?
    sudo yum install nemo #fedora
sudo pacman -S nemo #arch (my distro)
    sudo apt-get installl nemo #ubuntu/mint/debian

    git:
    https://github.com/linuxmint/nemo

by the way :), damn useful pice of software.

Found it just before you commented. I'm familiar with Nautilus, which I did not like at all - useful, but bloated. I've tried well over a hundred different distros - started with RedHat 5.2 back in the '90s. Fedora 3 I had RPM hell, which forced me to find a different repo manager.

I now use an old distro of Ubuntu - Lucid/Natty, but after Natty/Precise, and especially with Unity, I went back to Debian Stable. I use Xfce4 as my WM. I do have a dev box I keep updated, but I don't use it much. With all the hoopla over systemd, I'm about to head back to LFS:) Linux has become TOO popular, and the Corporate world is exerting too much influence, IMHO.

I cloned it, but of course don't have new enough libs on my main dev box.

Have you by chance tried SVN? It's always up to date and appears to have fixed bug 129, very similiar to this one, and I will likely mark this one as duplicate.

    Thanks.
