Hi,

Running Parcellite 1.1.7 on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit. Every time at startup the parcellite menu pops up at mouse pointer location. By parcellite menu I mean what you get when you click with the right mouse button on the indicator (About, Save as, etc.).

There's someone else describing the same problem on askubuntu:

Here's my conf:

No clue why Unity does this, but I've created yet another workaround for Unity in SVN, 511.

This is NOT fault of Unity. I use Xubuntu 14.04 and I have this same problem.

Your fix in revision 511 seem to work, despite of not having Unity on my system. Though it's bit unsatisfying that the exact reason eludes.

It seems that unfixed Parcellite works as expected if it is launched from terminal. But if I launch it from menu I have the problem (the command is exactly same "parcellite").

This fix is specifically for libapindicator, which is a Unity beast, hence the reference to unity. Look at the diffs if you want.

You can install the non-appindicator version and you shouldn't have the issue, either. I've got #defs for libappindicator, which is irritating for some devs...

At any rate, I it matters not to me as long as it's fixed.

Could you please release a new version with this fix? It's really annoying to have this menu every time on startup.
