There are mistakes in the example files available from;
../examples/5th_ed/p121/demo

.dat file - there's a spurious '1' at the end of the inputs which doesn't seem to do anything
.ensi outputs - .MATID, .NDBND, .NDLDS have been converted incorrectly from the ParaFEM files and are meaningless
