Fixed the order number. This was making it look as if the
compositing for alpha blending was incorrect. One of those
things that slipped through without testing till now!

Merged in PC_COMP_ALPHA_HP2_SORT, needed for Equalizer volume
rendering. Checked it too.
Merged in additional changes needed for the EXT_composite extension
that I had missed out due to lack of testing.
test/text_pcCompositeEXT.cpp has a test program for this extension
The program shows the affects of these operators, and compares them
to standard GL operations. spec-pcCompositeEXT is a rough spec for the
extension.

Added support for floating point data types
(16 bit, 32 bit). This shouldn't be considered
a complete changeset, as some things haven't gone
in with this changeset - e.g., ADD support for

SSE code works for 16 byte aligned pointers only.
Non-aligned pointers were causing a segfault.
Fixed this problem as follows:
1. Use slow code to composite pixels if it is possible to get into aligned pointers
2. Use fast code for compositing the aligned pointer pixels
3. Finally, use slow code to composite the remaining pixels.

Disabled binding the compositing thread to a
specific processor.
This code was written way back when I had 1
GPU/node on Opteron systems. Turning this off
may help applications, though I don't have
anything concrete against it yet.

Merged changesets 38, 40, 43, 49 and 50 from the composite_float
branch.
With this, the core is generic enough to support custom compositing
operators & datatypes without touching the internals of the core.
Summary of changes to the core --
1. converted char* to void*
2. pixel format is now an array of unsigned ints, as opposed to
a combination of pixel formats. This means that multiple channels
can be supported.
3. compositing happens from pcimpl.cpp, and the core is unaware of
the specifics of the compositing.
