I just fixed an issue while using paracomp with HP-MPI (not sure whether
the same problem happens with other MPI implementations).=20

Balazs, you had some problems with MPI and I had suggested a workaround
earlier.  Now that's no longer needed - so now you can initialize MPI
first, and then Paracomp.
