I have simplified the design of the web site. I think the new layout is much more readable and usable.

Please check out this initial alpha release of the platform independent command line version of Paranoid Backup.

It implements the functionality for local backups, in particular:
* reading files from the file system
* compression using the zip algorithm
* writing into the backup repository
* keeping the backup repository organized (deleting old backups)
