When doing multiple slices usin papco_lineplot / papco_spectrogram the plot placement and positioning of label, rs_label and colorbar is inconsistent and all over the place...
We need to have conventions for how this is done. For example, there's no question that panelset should be used by each module when drawing the panels, and things behave consistently there. However with the slice there is no one routine that is regularly used. I've introduced p_panelset2 into papco_slices.pro to try and address this. It is a two-D analog to panelset, and takes two panel vectors.
For labeling, we don't have the space to have labeling to the right of each plot. Further, repeated series should only report the differences in each panel. Maybe the thing to do is to develop a labeling routine that numbers the panels, then displays labels on a right margin tagged by panel number. (see attached diagram.)
