PapayaTree is an Internet Explorer toolbar plugin that allows users to browse the WWW using a branching tree-like representation instead of the standard linear "back-forward" representation.

PapayaTree originated Winter quarter 2002 as four students' computer science senior project at Western Washington University. It is now being carried on as an open-source project where it will hopefully continue to grow and improve and provide users with better and more efficient alternatives when it comes to browsing the WWW!
